Soy Lecithin (Liquid):Soy lecithin (phosphatidyl choline, referred to as PC) is the most bioactive components in soybean phospholipids. This product is based on soybean lecithin powder as raw material, USES the original technology and equipment to extract refined products, yellow or tan plastic or granular, the higher the purity of white color, easy absorption of moisture, oxidation, easily dispersed in water and form a stable emulsion; Insoluble in acetone.
